We hope you love your finch & crane piece, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know straight away. We offer a no-quibble return or replacement, and we’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly and with care.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item, you’re very welcome to return it - we just ask that you cover the return postage.

Every return is handled personally - you’ll always have a real person to speak to.
